In One Week at Mystic Festival: Warm Up Day

Every metalhead knows that a good intro (like winds blowing through the cemetery, the creak of a grave ledger, the sound of bells tolling…) gives +666 extra points to any music record’s awesomeness level. The intro to Mystic Festival 2022 bears the name of Warm Up Day, and it will take place in the Gdańsk Shipyard on 1st June. Last tickets still available!
 
Who’s so excited that they are ready to wait by the festival gate at 2 pm, when it finally opens? We understand if you are, as we can’t wait that day too.
  
The historic mission to unleash this year’s Mystic Festival will be carried out by Spectral Wound – the Canadians will open the gates of hell with no foreplay. Urne will demonstrate the power of the guitar riff in classic heavy metal, smeared with sludge dirt. And Skeletal Remains will share their brutality incarnate, merciless and served American style. Lik also plays death metal, but in the European fashion. Think of how great it will be to see both these music elements collide on one stage!
 
Decapitated will perform freshly after the premiere of their excellent record “Cancer Culture,” and they are ready to tear you to pieces with their music. Then, the almighty Carcass will take over – they are already cleaning the autopsy table and licking their scalpels! – and then Heathen: something for the followers of the old trash school from the Bay Area. The day will close with Gaerea’s venomous show.
 
The crowning jewel of the evening will be of course the triple show of Tom Warrior’s Legacy: Hellhammer performed by Tom Gabriel’s Triumph of Death, with the immortal anthems of Celtic Frost performed by Triptykon, as well as Triptykon with their own material. Before the show, you’ll be able to visit Tom Warrior’s death mask exhibit, and to meet Tom Warrior himself. On June 1st, we’ll all pay homage to this great pioneer of dark art – it will be the only such event worldwide. 

The new dates of the festival are 2-4 June (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). The festival will take place in the Gdańsk shipyard.

On June 1st, we’ll organize Warm Up Day with special concerts and many other attractions. The numer of tickets for Warm Up Day will be strictly limited. More details on the event and the line-up will be published soon.

Ticket holders for Mystic Festival 2020 and 2021 will be entitled to take part in Warm Up Day without any additional fees. All your tickets remain valid and they become 4-day tickets, which do not need to be updated. This concerns also the holders of the upgraded 1-day tickets. 

A strictly limited number of 4-day tickets (with access to Warm Up Day) will be available at special price of 479 PLN untill 23rd December 2021 or until the ticket pool is sold out.

1-day tickets may be upgraded to 4-day tickets for special price of 200 PLN untill 23rd December or until the ticket pool is sold out.

Everyone who keeps their tickets from 2020 or 2021 (this also concerns those who upgraded their 1-day tickets) apart from access to Warm Up Day will receive a special, limited CD with recordings of Mystic Festival artists. This CD will never be available in general purchase.
