It  is possibile to extend it to a week pass, for extra charge, which is the difference in price (approx. 200 zlotys). The upgrade is possibile through the agency of the official shop www.mysticfestival.pl and websites: bilet.pl, eventim.pl and goingapp.pl.

The upgrade of valid one-day tickets from 2020 edition to three-day pass for Mystic Festival 2021 is possibile till the day of festival through the agency of  www.mysticfestival.pl.

The decision about the return of a ticket or a pass, or about exchanging them into a voucher, should be made by 9th of  November 2020.

In relation to the change of the date and the localization of the next edition of Mystic Festival, we are informing that, in accordance with article no 15 of public auction law, from 31.03.2020 about the amendment in law about special solutions connected with prevention, counteraction and fighting COVID-19, other infectious diseases, and critical situations caused by them, we activated the possibility of returns of all the tickets bought, together with VIP packages and campsite tickets.

Refunds were activated on the 13th of May at the point of purchase of a pass or a one-day ticket.

THE TICKETS BOUGHT ON THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF MYSTIC FESTIVAL:
People who want to return a ticket bought on the official website of the event, are asked to send the message „RETURN” to: zwroty@mysticfestival.pl, together with the information about order number and e-mail address from which it was realized. After the order verification, money will be returned automatically on the bank account from which it was purchased.

We are encouraging you to keep a pass or a one-day ticket for edition 2021 or to exchange it into a voucher which can be used within one year from the former festival date for all the concerts organized by Mystic Coalition.

Everybody who decides to keep the pass or one-day ticket they have bought for Mystic Festival 2021, will receive from us a special souvenir: the unique CD with the tracks of artists, who were supposed to perform on Mystic Festival 2020. It will be strictly limited edition, which will never be available on open sale- it is only for you, to express our thank you for support and patience.

To make a decision about a return or an exchange into a voucher, you have time till the 9th of November. By then we will have known most of the line-up for Mystic Festival 2021. We will also have announced other concerts by Mystic Coalition, for which you will be able to use the voucher.

Keeping the tickets or exchanging them into vouchers, you support, in these hard times, organizers, as well as artists- representatives of the industry which is affected the most by the crisis connected with the coronavirus pandemic - we really appreciate it.

The pass or the ticket bought for Mystic Festival 2020 can be exchanged into a voucher or can be returned by 9th of November 2020.

By then, we will have known most of the lineup of the upcoming edition of the festival, and we will also have announced other concerts of Mystic Coalition, for which it will be possible to use the voucher.

The return covers only the price of a ticket. The other payments bore while buying are not returned.

Unfortunately not. The return can be made only for the whole, original order.

Repayments will be made within 180 days from the date of the notification. In relation to this unusual situation, we are asking for consideration and patience, waiting for the settlement of the payment. Of course, we will make returns as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, in this case a refund is not possibile. The money can be returned only on the bank account from which a transfer was made.

In relation to the change of the date of the festival, we have activated an option of exchange of the bought tickets into vouchers, to use to for any concert, organized by Mystic Coalition for Mystic Festival 2021. The exchange began on the 13th of May. Vouchers will be granted up to 180 days from the beginning of an exchange and they will be valid up to 12 months from the original date of the festival.

In a few months we will have known most of the line-up of the upcoming edition of the festival and we will have announced other concerts by Mystic Coalition, for which it will be possible to use a voucher.

The tickets bought in the shop Goingapp.pl are non-refundable.

No, the voucher has to be used within 360 days from the date you receive it. A concert, for which an exchange has been made, can be after this date.

Vouchers are not of a single-use and can be used for a few events, according to the amount given on it. When exchanging a ticket into a voucher , you will get the instruction on how a voucher of a given system works (eBilet or Eventim).

Yes, you can make another exchange into a voucher. 

Mystic Festival will take place on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of June 2021 within the area of Gdańsk Shipyard.

Mystic Festival 2021 will be extended to another day, two new scenes and over 40 extra artists.

Mystic Festival 2021 will be headlined by Judas Priest, who will be joined (so far) by: Killing Joke, Heilung, Katatonia, Mgła, Obituary, Vader (playing “De Profundis”), Oranssi Pazuzu, Witchcraft, Truchło Strzygi, Baest, Infected Rain and Motanka.

We are constantly working on the further lineup, therefore we encourage you to follow our website and social media for the upcoming updates!

We are working on postoponing as much of the 2020 lineup as possibile, but we are not able to ensure you, that we will keep the full lineup. We will do our best to make this year’s artists present at Mystic Festival 2021 or at other concerts organized by Mystic Coalition.

We will try to present the majoraty of the artists who will preform at Mystic Festival 2021 by the end of this year.

People who, on the day of the festival will have turned 13 years old (but under 18), can enter the concert with the written consent from parents/legal guardians. The form of permission is HERE.

People who, on the day of the festival will be under 13, will enter the event only under adult’s care, pointed by parents/ legal guardians and with their written consent. The form of permission is HERE.

Children and adolescents who, by the day of the start of the edition 2021 (2nd June 2021) will not have turned 13 years old, can enter (under the watchful eye of a parent/ a legal guardian) Mystic Festival for free.
