ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION: MYSTIC FESTIVAL 2022 PARTICIPANT MUST-HAVE


The Mystic Festival will take place on June 2, 3 and 4, 2022. An additional day is June 1, as part of a special Warm Up Day.

 

  • Concerts start: 15:15 (Warm Up Day - 16:15)
  • Concerts end: around 02:00
  • Festival opening hours: 2:00 PM (Main Stage - 4:00 PM)
  • Main Stage and Park Stage closure: approx. 2:30 am
  • In the case of other zones, located on Elektryków Street, it is possible to stay longer

  • Entry to the festival site is possible only after scanning the code from a valid admission ticket. Each festival-goer will receive an armband authorizing him to participate in all concerts taking place on each of the stages.
  • Remember that the earlier exchange of tickets for wristbands will allow you to avoid possible queues on the day of the festival!
  • The ticket for the wristband can only be exchanged in person.

FESTIVAL AREA

 

Mystic Festival 2022 consists of 5 stages on which a total of over 70 bands will play. An additional 9 bands will perform on June 1st at a special Warm Up Day.

 

All the scenes will be located in the industrial scenery of the Gdańsk Shipyard. In addition to a wide range of alcohols available in separate zones, beer with an alcohol content of up to 3.5% will also be served. Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased and consumed by people over 18 years of age.

 

In front of the main entrance to the Mystic Festival, there will be an accreditation point for the media, visitors, and photographers, a paid deposit, a cloakroom and a lost property office.


In front of the festival gate, you will be able to leave your bikes, scooters and other vehicles that you will use to visit the Mystic Festival. Remember to have fasteners with you to securely attach the item to specially prepared stands.


Payment

 

Payment at the festival is required in cash and by card. We do not spend any tokens or other money substitutes.

 

There will be no ATM on the event area.


People under the age of 16

 

Teenagers who are under the age of 16 on the day of the concert may participate in the concert on the following terms:

 

  • persons who, on the day of the concert, are 13 years of age but under 16 years of age, upon entering the event venue, will be required to provide the concert staff with the completed consent of their parent or another legal guardian to participate in the concert. Consent form
  • persons under the age of 13 on the day of the concert must be under the supervision of a guardian at the festival and provide a completed declaration at the entrance. Consent form

 

People over 16 years of age can freely participate in the festival.


People with disabilities

 

At the Main Stage and Park Stage, there will be platforms for people in wheelchairs. In the case of other scenes, our security will help you find the best possible solution to participate in the concert.

 

Toilets for people with disabilities will be available throughout the festival.


SECURITY

 

Please read the festival regulations for the list of items that cannot be brought into the event area. We will provide instructions on the permitted luggage closer to the festival date. We recommend not taking large, tourist backpacks and bags with you. Please follow the security recommendations - the security services will be assessed by the decision to deposit the backpacks. The permissible capacity for this type of luggage is 30 litres.

 

It is forbidden to bring any beverages or food unless it is part of a documented, special diet. You can bring water bottles with a maximum capacity of 1L to the Mystic Festival area.

 

It is forbidden to bring and possess weapons or other dangerous items, explosives, pyrotechnics, fire-hazardous materials, alcoholic beverages (except for those purchased at the festival), narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, stun guns, gas throwers, knives, sticks, and chain, firecrackers, smoke candles, lasers, laser pointers and objects that could be used as projectiles and the like, glass, metal and plastic packaging and objects with sharp ends.

 

In addition, it is strictly forbidden to bring and possess audio and video recording equipment and professional photographic equipment (mobile phones and cameras without variable optics are allowed), as well as taking photographs, sound recording and filming. The order does not apply to people who have received accreditation from the organizers of the event.

 

You can bring all kinds of mats to the festival area.

 

Currently, all restrictions related to the pandemic are lifted, but we are constantly monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19. Closer to the festival, we will provide specific information related to restrictions and behaviour at the festival - it will be prepared based on the current recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS).

VIP TICKETS


Thank you for putting your trust in us and for purchasing a VIP pass for Mystic Festival 2022. We believe that the facilities we have prepared will make this edition unique for you!

 

    1. Exchange of tickets for wristbands:
    • 31.05 - at the music club Wydział Remontowy (Doki 1 Street), at the Historic Shipyard Gate, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
    • 1-2.06 - at the entrance to the festival area from 12:00.
    • 3-4.06 - at the entrance to the festival area from 1:00 pm.


    2. With the wristband, you will receive a token that will allow you to collect a set of gadgets that will be waiting for you in the VIP area. For your convenience, we do not issue it when you pick up your wristband, as you may want to collect your set at the end of the first day.


    3. The VIP area is open from 4:00 pm to about 30 minutes after the end of the last concert at the MAIN STAGE.


    4. In the VIP area, there will be a paid bar with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as: a chill zone, viewing platform and higher standard toilets.


TICKETS

 

Tickets for the Mystic Festival are available at www.mysticfestival.pl (collectors), ebilet.pl and www.eventim.pl.

 

We recommend purchasing at these points of sale: tickets.mysticfestival.pl, ebilet.pl and eventim.pl. We advise against purchasing through unauthorized ticket services, incl. Viagogo, Ticketswap, Allegro, OLX. Purchasing tickets at these venues could result in you being scammed.

 

  • Prices of 3-day tickets - PLN 499 until June 1, 2022, or when the stock is exhausted
  • Upgrade prices for a one-day ticket 2020/2021 to a 3-day ticket - PLN 200 until June 1, 2022
  • Price of a one-day ticket for Warm Up Day (June 1) - PLN 149 (strictly limited pool)
  • One-day ticket prices (June 2, 3 or 4) - PLN 299 until June 2, 3 or 4, or when the stock is exhausted
  • Prices of 4-day VIP tickets - PLN 799 until June 1, 2022

 

Warm Up Day will be available until 11/01/2022 for holders of 2020, 2021 and 2022 editions (including VIP) and for people who have upgraded a one-day ticket from the 2020 and 2021 editions to a subscription. After 11/01/2022, the option to purchase a 4-day pass applies only to the VIP entry, and one-day tickets for the Warm Up Day will be available (strictly limited pool) for PLN 149.

 

The VIP pass includes:

  • a set of gadgets (eco bag, magnet, collector's poster)
  • entry to the party for 3 days of the festival (+ Warm Up Day)
  • admission to the VIP area
  • access to a bar with a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (additionally payable)
  • sanitary facilities of a higher standard
  • VIP platform at the Main Stage

 

After scanning a valid ticket, each festival-goer will receive a wristband authorizing him to participate in all concerts, on each stage.


COLLECTOR TICKETS

 

At the INFO point in the festival area, exchanging electronic tickets for collectors will be possible.

 

Due to the possibility of rubbing the code on the paper ticket, all people who bought a collector's ticket for 2020, 2021 and 2022 editions, immediately before the festival, received an e-mail containing an electronic ticket, thanks to which they will be able to pick up their wristband to go to the INFO point for a collector's ticket.


OOD STANDS, VENDORS AND NGOS

 

CDs, T-shirts, books and other music-related gadgets will be offered to you by: Mystic Production, Rockmetalshop.pl, Arcana Ignis, Altercore, In Rock, Fantasy/jne/ Bajery, 2nd Chance Vinyl, Ledo Takas, Mythrone Promotion and Mad Lion Records.

Activists from the Arbuz Association will tell you how they help migrants and refugees arriving in Tricity, and they’re doing this also through culture and art. Otwarte Klatki (Open Cages) will talk about their efforts to improve the fate of farm animals, and the Kozi Azyl (Cat Asylum) Foundation will tell you how they help abandoned pets. 

 

What for the body? The regulars of the Gdańsk Shipyard are well acquainted with the W4 Food Squat culinary hub, whose offer will satisfy the needs of the biggest gourmets and thirsty drinkers. You will find the following food trucks there: Łąka, Panczo, Carmnik, NieMięsny, Alga and Ogniem i Piecem. In addition, at the Main Stage you will find: Dirty Sandwicz, Carmnik, Langosze, Zapiekanki, Pizza, Frytki Belgijskie i Kawa. At the Park Stage you will find: Kuchnia Dla Odważnych, Dos Amigos, Dim Sum, Stripesy z Kurczaka, Chinkali, Baozi and Kawa.

 

You won't have to search for stands with beer and other beverages - they'll be in abundance all over the festival area.


Ecology

 

Drinks will be served in reusable cups with one of the three festival designs. Also, dedicated Mystic festival bidon bottles will be available for purchase. 

 

Each participant will also be able to quench their thirst from an unlimited water supply, available throughout the event.

 

In addition, festival merch will be packed in eco rolls.

 


HOW TO GET TO THE FESTIVAL AREA

 

There are several ways to get to the Mystic Festival 2022, located in Gdańsk Shipyard (Elektryków Street):

 

- Szybka Kolej Miejska (SKM trains), running on the following routes: Lębork-Wejherowo-Reda-Rumia-Gdynia-Gdańsk. The final stop for festival goers is GDAŃSK STOCZNIA / GDAŃSK SHIPYARD (between Gdańsk Główny / Main Gdańsk and the Gdańsk Politechnika / Gdańsk University of Technology). Tickets for travel can be purchased:

  • at SKM ticket offices (NOTE! Cardboard tickets must be validated at the station where the journey begins. The validators are most often located in the tunnels leading to the station).
  • online - via the SKM Kompas, KOLEO, Jakdojade or Skycash applications. These tickets are validated in the app.

- ZTM trams (Public Transport Authority in Gdańsk). A short walk to the event site will allow you to get off at the STOCZNIA SKM 02 stop, located at the viaduct and Gdańsk cranes. The numbers of trams that stop at this stop are 3, 7, 8, and 10. Tickets can be purchased:

  • in kiosks and press lounges (NOTE! Cardboard tickets must be validated on the tram).
  • in ticket machines located at selected stops (NOTE! Tickets must be validated on the tram).
  • online - via the selected application: GoPay, Jakdojade, moBILET, Mpay, Skycash, zbiletem.pl. These tickets are validated in the app.

ARRIVAL FROM THE AIRPORT

 

Access from the Gdańsk Airport Lech Wałęsa (Matarnia district):

- Szybka Kolej Miejska (SKM trains) on the route from the Gdańsk Port Lotniczy / Gdańsk Airport stop to the Gdańsk Stocznia / Gdańsk Shipyard (with a change at the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz stop). Tickets for travel can be purchased:

  • at SKM ticket offices (NOTE! Cardboard tickets must be validated at the station where the journey begins. The validators are most often located in the tunnels leading to the station).
  • online - via the SKM Kompas, KOLEO, Jakdojade or Skycash applications. These tickets are validated in the app.

- ZTM trams (Public Transport Authority in Gdańsk) from the PORT LOTNICZY 01 stop. The journey takes place with a change. Destination stops closest to the festival site are EUROPEJSKIE CENTRUM SOLIDARNOŚCI 02, DWORZEC GŁÓWNY 05 or DWORZEC GŁÓWNY 07. From each stop, participants will have a short walk (5-10 minutes) to the venue. Tickets for travel can be purchased:

 

  • in kiosks and newsagents (NOTE! Cardboard tickets must be validated on the tram).
  • at ticket machines located at selected stops (NOTE! Tickets must be validated on the tram).
  • online - via the selected application: GoPay, Jakdojade, moBILET, Mpay, Skycash, zbiletem.pl. These tickets are validated in the app.

ROUTE FROM GDAŃSK MAIN RAILWAY

 

People who will arrive at Mystic Festival 2022 by train have the opportunity to take a short sightseeing walk (15 minutes), during which they will be able to see:

 

  • Solidarność Square in Gdańsk is a place known for the activities of the NSZZ Solidarity movement and protests during August 1980. The square is home to the Monument to the Fallen Shipyard Workers 1970, popularly known as the "Monument to the Three Crosses", along with plaques containing the names of the fallen.
  • Historic Gate No. 2 of the Gdańsk Shipyard.
  • Building of the European Solidarity Centre (ECS).
  • Museum of the BHP Hall in Gdańsk Shipyard.

 

It is also possible to cover a short distance between PKP Gdańsk Główny and Gdańsk Shipyard by trams and SKM trains.

 

We will provide information on parking closer to the festival.


PARKING

 

It is not possible to park vehicles in the Mystic Festival area. We recommend leaving your cars in one of the following places:

 

  • Free parking near the entrance to the festival area (around 100, Popiełuszki 5 Street). Capacity: approx. 200 cars. 24/7. No seat reservation is possible.
  • Paid cubature car park at Jana z Kolna Street. Capacity: approx. 500 parking spaces. 24/7.
  • Paid cubature car park at Podwale Grodzkie 6 Street (entrance to the car park from Rajska Street). Capacity: approx. 200 parking spaces. 24/7.
  • Hevelianum car parks (Gradowa 3 Street, Gradowa 11 Street, 3 Maja 9 Street). Capacity: approx. 250 parking spaces (total). 24/7.
  • Underground car park of the European Solidarity Center (entry along Nowomiejska Street - from Jana z Kolna Street or Father Jerzy Popiełuszko Street). Capacity approx. 287 places. Open from Monday to Sunday, 6-22.

ACCOMMODATION, HOTELS

 

There will be no camp at the festival.

 

The Tri-City and its surroundings have one of the largest accommodation bases in Poland, from the cheapest hostels to exclusive hotels for more demanding festival-goers.
