An auction has been launched on Allegro, the winner of which, together with a companion, will be able to move around the entire festival area on a selected day, watch some concerts from the side of the stage, see the backstage of the festival production and eat in a restaurant where the artists eat.

Mystic Festival 2021 passes are available at the following prices:
Round 3: 479 PLN — until May 11, 2021, or while limited supplies last
Round 4: 499 PLN — while limited supplies last
Round 5: 519 PLN — while supplies last
All two-day passes purchased for the 2020 festival remain valid and give access to all three days of the 2021 festival. We encourage you hold onto them, especially since there will be no cheaper tickets (Blind Bird or Early Bird) this year. By not returning your tickets, you’re helping support, in these difficult times, both the organizers and the artists, members of an industry that is among the hardest hit by the coronavirus pandemic.
2020 one-day tickets will remain valid for one day of your choice during the 2021 festival. You can also upgrade your one-day ticket to a full three-day pass for just 200 PLN by purchasing an upgrade ticket at the Mystic Festival website.
Everyone who chooses to keep their passes or one-day tickets to redeem them at the 2021 Mystic Festival will receive a special gift: a limited-edition CD featuring tracks by artists that were supposed to perform at the 2020 festival. This special release will not be available for purchase to the general public. It’s just for you, as our special way of thanking you for your support and patience.
For those of you who can’t or don’t want to attend the 2021 Mystic Festival, we have two offers: beginning May 13, you will be able to exchange your tickets for vouchers, which you can then use to see other concerts organized by us, or return your tickets for a full refund.
You have until November 9, 2020, to make your choice. By then we will have announced most of next year’s lineup, along with a list of upcoming Mystic Coalition concerts where you can redeem your vouchers.
To return your ticket or exchange it for a voucher, please read the following details carefully:
EXCHANGING YOUR TICKETS FOR VOUCHERS
We encourage you to exchange your tickets for vouchers that can be redeemed for admission to any concert organized by Mystic Coalition. The vouchers will be valid for 12 months after your receive them. For those of you who choose this option, we will begin exchanging tickets for vouchers on May 13.

All tickets can be exchanged for vouchers at the point of sale. Exchanges will be completed within 7 days of their submission.
TICKETS PURCHASED FROM THE OFFICIAL MYSTIC FESTIVAL WEBSITE:
If you wish to exchange a ticket you purchased from the official Mystic Festival website, please send a message with VOUCHER in the subject line to zwroty@mysticfestival.pl, containing your order number and the email address you used for the payment. Once we’ve verified your order, we’ll send an electronic voucher to that email address within 7 business days.

Tickets purchased through Goingapp.pl cannot be exchanged for vouchers. To request a refund, please send a message to: support@goingapp.pl.
REFUNDS
All tickets, including VIP packages and campsite tickets, may be returned for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 180 days of submission. For those of you who choose this option, we will begin the ticket refund process on May 13.
Due to the extraordinary circumstances affecting us all, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we process your refund. We also ask that you carefully read the following details on how to return your tickets at the point of sale.
TICKETS PURCHASED FROM THE OFFICIAL MYSTIC FESTIVAL WEBSITE:
If you wish to return a ticket you purchased from the official Mystic Festival website, please send a message with REFUND in the subject line to zwroty@mysticfestival.pl, containing your order number and the email address you used for your purchase. Once we’ve verified your order, we’ll automatically refund your payment to the account you used for the purchase.
TICKETS PURCHASED WITH A T-SHIRT OR CD:
Tickets and CDs are non-refundable. Passes purchased as part of a package deal will be exchanged for vouchers or refunded as described above.
