Benediction are true pioneers of British death metal, on the battlefield since 1989. We're happy to welcome them to Mystic Festival. Warsaw band Swayzee is also joining the program.
Benediction are - along with Bolt Thrower - pioneers and masters of classic British death metal. From their 1990 debut "Subconscious Terror" to the album "Scriptures" released 30 years later, they have been faithful to the formula they once worked out - it's raw, no fiddling, no embellishments, massive sound, killer riffs, growls from hell. They're performing on Main Stage on Friday, June 3, so it's going to be a great British day - Judas Priest, Saxon, The Raven Age and Benediction.
Swayzee is punk, glam and rock'n'roll. Naked chests, wild moves and melodies that will stick with you till the end of the festival and maybe even follow you home. You should check out their album "Greatest Hits" beforehand - the concerts are even better, but it will make you sing the choruses.
Benediction and Swayzee replace Obituary and Stay Nowhere in the festival lineup.
Mystic Festival 2022 will take place on 2-4th June 2022 at the Gdańsk Shipyard. Line-up includes Judas Priest, Opeth, Mercyful Fate, Killing Joke, Mastodon, Heilung, Saxon Katatonia, Mayhem, Mgła, Solstafir, Igorrr, Benediction, Baroness, Vader and Kvelertak. On June 1st, ticketholders will have a chance to access the Warm Up Day. The line-up will include Hellhammer performed by Tom Gabriel Warrior’s Triumph of Death, a selection of songs of Celtic Frost performed by Triptykon, and Triptykon themselves with their own material. Other Warm Up Day acts include Carcass, Decapitated, Heathen, Gaerea, Urne, Lik, Skeletal Remains and Spectral Wound.

Four-day tickets:
III pool – 479 PLN – until the pool is sold out or until 11th January 2022
IV pool – 499 PLN – until the pool is sold out or until 31st May 2022
VIP – 799 PLN – until the pool is sold out or until 1st June 2022
Upgrade – 200 PLN – until the pool is sold out or until 11th January 2022
Ticket holders for Mystic Festival 2020 and 2021 will be entitled to take part in Warm Up Day without any additional fees. All your tickets remain valid and they become 4-day tickets, which do not need to be updated. This concerns also the holders of the upgraded 1-day tickets.
A strictly limited number of 4-day tickets (with access to Warm Up Day) will be available at special price of 479 PLN until 11th January 2022 or until the ticket pool is sold out.
One-day tickets can be upgraded to 4-day tickets at a special price of 200 PLN until 23rd December or until the ticket pool is sold out.
Everyone who chooses to keep their passes or one-day tickets to redeem them at the 2021 Mystic Festival will receive a special gift: a limited-edition CD featuring tracks by artists that were supposed to perform at the 2020 festival. This special release will not be available for purchase to the general public.
